Charlton Storage has been privately owned and operated for over 35 years. The Perro family purchased the property/business in 2017 and now operates as an LLC partnership between two brothers. We strive to offer polite service, simple terms, and competitive rates that won't constantly increase. Our facility is not as fancy as the bigger guys but this allows us to be flexible and maintain long term client relationships. Modernizing and expanding the facility are important objectives and we invite you to grow with us.
